Top Pitch provides emergency mitigation, restoration, renovation, and related services in Georgia and surrounding areas. Website content describes our capabilities generally and does not create a binding contract for specific work until we agree on scope, pricing, and authorization in writing or as otherwise confirmed for a job.

Emergency response times depend on weather, crew availability, access, and the nature of the loss. We will communicate expected timing when you contact us.

When we work with your insurance carrier, final payment often depends on carrier approval, policy coverage, deductibles, and documentation. You remain responsible for amounts not covered by insurance unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Site content — including text, branding, logos, and images — is owned by Top Pitch or its licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Pitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability related to contracted restoration work is governed by the service agreement or work authorization for that project.
